Lido's Chicken Florentine
1 Whole 3 LB Chicken, clean, gizzards out Salt Pepper 1 Large Lemon Whole Thyme 1 Clove of Garlic
Season chicken inside and out with salt and pepper. Roast at 350 degrees for an
hour to an hour and 15 minutes. After cooking squeeze the juice of one lemon over the bird and sprinkle inside and out with garlic, thyme and salt and pepper. SERVE
